Meet Our Keynote Speakers: Craig International

James Craig

James Craig is President of Craig International, where he leads the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential land and income-producing assets across North Texas. A licensed real estate broker who grew up immersed in the family business, James brings a relationship-driven, big-picture approach to every deal, prioritizing long-term client trust and stewardship of the land above short-term transactions. Born and raised in Collin County, he is deeply committed to his community, serving on the boards of the McKinney Education Foundation, Grace to Change, and the Advisory Board for Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, as well as the City of McKinney's Planning and Zoning Commission and Capital Improvements Advisory Committee. He is also a former chairman of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Miles Prestemon

Miles Prestemon serves as President of the Development Division for Craig International, a role he has held since joining Craig Ranch as Chief Operating Officer in November 2008. He previously oversaw all development direction and implementation for the residential and commercial components of Craig Ranch, a 2,200-acre mixed-use development in McKinney, Texas, and currently leads development opportunities for Craig International, including District 121, a $250 million mixed-use project. Prior to Craig International, Miles served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Newland Communities, where he oversaw development of Stonebridge Ranch, coordinated the redevelopment plan for Texas Stadium in Irving, and completed the luxury community of Timarron in Southlake. His earlier leadership experience includes serving as Dallas-Fort Worth vice president for Terrabrook and vice president of land acquisition/development for Kaufman & Broad. A former professional golfer in the 1980s, Miles earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in 1978
